Allergies, Cultural, FAITH-BASED & VALUES-BASED DIETARY NEEDS 

Do you offer gluten-free and vegan products? 

Yes! A number of our menu items are available in gluten-free and vegan versions – marked with GF and V in our menu and website – including our artisanal conchas, alegrias, mango toasted coconut bars & cakes!

Be the first to know when a new GF and V item becomes available by following us in Instagram and Facebook!

Are your products nut-free ?

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee  a nut-free environment as sone of our ingredients might be processed in facilities where nuts might be present.

*If you have any other allergies or dietary needs, let us know so we can discuss if we can offer you a safe and delicious order. Allergens present in our facilities include coconut, eggs, dairy, pecans, soy, and wheat.

Do you use any pork products? 

Our Abuelita’s Pies, include lard; hence we practice sanitation techniques to reduce cross contamination (separate storage for lard, sanitation of stations, separate packaging upon request, etc).

Where is your storefront located?

Our first brick + mortar is located near the intersection of Cedar Av S and E 42nd St, surrounded by a community of diverse & thriving small businesses in the Standish neighborhood:

ORDER

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend you order 72 hours – 1 month month in advance for larger events & weekends by completing our Order Form.

Do you require a deposit for my order?

All custom orders must be paid 48 hours before pickup. Orders above $100 require a deposit  of 15%  or $50 (whichever is larger) once the order is placed. Final payment is due 1 week before the event date.

Can I pick up or request delivery for my order?

Pickup is available from our store during the following hours: 

Wed: 7 AM – 1 PM & 2 –  6 PM by appointment
Thur: 7 AM – 1 PM & 2 –  6 PM by appointment
Fri: 7 AM – 1 PM & 2 –  6 PM by appointment
Sat: 7 AM – 1 PM & 2 –  6 PM by appointment
Sun: 7 AM – 1 PM
