Allergies, Cultural & FAITH BASED DIETARY NEEDS
Do you offer gluten and nut-free products?
At this time we offer one gluten-free and nut-free pastry: alegrias de chocolate, and we are working towards adding more gluten free offerings in our menu.
*If you have any other allergies, let us know so we can discuss if we can offer you a safe and delicious order. Allergens present in our facilities include almonds, eggs, dairy, soy, and wheat.
Do you use any pork products? If so, how do you avoid cross-contamination?
Polvorones, one of our artisanal Mexican pastries, include lard; hence, we have a set of baking utensils and equipment that we use solely for them (including mixing bowls, spatulas, baking trays, packaging, etc) and practice sanitation techniques that avoid cross contamination (separate storage for lard, sanitation of stations, etc).

How can I contact you with questions or to start an order?
Do you make fondant covered cakes/cupcakes/cake pops?
We do not offer fondant covered cakes; however, we do offer fondant accents and will work with you to create buttercream and other edible finishes and decorations that are both beautiful and tasty.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes! We carry a standard liability insurance policy and we will gladly provide a copy of it to your event’s venue to ensure we can move ahead with your event’s order.
How far in advance should I submit my order?
It varies a little depending on the season, our availability, type and size of your order; recommended notice:
48 – 72 hours: Signature cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, and Mexican pastries
72 hours -2 weeks: Custom cakes, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops

Do you require a deposit for my order?
All custom orders as well as orders above $100 require a 50% deposit once the order is placed. Final payment is due 24 hours before the order is fulfilled.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards (for purchases above $10), and checks (on a case by case basis).
Can I pick up or request delivery for my order?
Pick up and delivery directly to consumers in the Twin Cities is available; an order minimum and/or delivery fee may apply to your order.
Can you mail orders?
We are not allowed to ship orders either in or out of state per MN Cottage Food Law.
