A common Breakfast Bread or Sweet Bread that many people enjoy is Banana Bread.  The secret to making great banana bread is in the mixing.  Understanding the proper mixing is key to bringing out the taste.

If you want a strong flavoring you can double the flavoring or add extra banana juice instead of the vanilla.  You could also double the vanilla.  By reducing the flavoring, you can give it a light taste instead of a bold flavor.

This goes for sweetening the bread also.  You can double or reduce the sugar by half.  For firm bread bake it a little longer.  For moist bread, undercook it by five minutes.

Little tricks like this help to mold the bread to your particular liking.  In the end, it works out to make the great Banana Bread.
