- 100g butter or margarine
- 10 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp ground cardamom
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp liquid sweetening
- 1 egg
- 100g wheat flour
- Mix the softened fat, liquid sweetening and cardamom.
- Add the egg, milk and flour mixed with baking powder.
- Drop teaspoons of the mixture onto a baking sheet covered with greaseproof paper.
- Sprinkle over crushed almonds and bake at 225°C for 10-15 minutes.
