How to Make White Chocolate Peppermint Fudge

  • 15 oz of sweetened condensed milk (for about one can)
  • 3 cups of white chocolate (bars or chips)

  • one tsp of extract peppermint
  • 8 oz of cream marshmallow (about one jar)

Make the crust

  • 5 tbsp of melted butter
  • 2 cups of crumbs chocolate cookies

Make the topping

  • Green, red, and white sprinkle
  • 2-3 candy canes, chopped coarsely

Directions:

  1. Takes the baking sheet and layered with parchment paper. If needed, spray using cooking spray, set aside. To make the crust, mix some ingredients in medium bowl, the melted butter, and crumbs of cookies. Place into the baking sheet and press them into the bottom. Set aside.
  2. Continue with making the filling. Add the white sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips and butter in medium pan. Then cook until the white chocolate chips are melted over the medium heat. 
  3. Stir frequently to get the soft dough. After melted, pour the mixed pudding and stir more for 2 minutes.
  4. Then, add the cream of marshmallow and peppermint. Combine them well while stirring continuously. Remove and pour immediately over the crust evenly. 
  5. Pour the colorful sprinkles and pieces of candy canes. Ensure that the candies are stick on perfectly. Store in refrigerator one hour.
