Pork Burgers with Honey Mustard Sauce!

This is one recipe that you can cook and serve in under 30 minutes. Even if you’re not a red meat fan, you’re going to love this dish. It’s nice, tasty, succulent, and very satisfying. It serves four people so try to enjoy it with somebody.


      • 1 lb ground pork
      • 1 whisked egg white
      • 3 tbsp bacon fat
      • 1 cup plantain chips
      • 1 clove garlic, minced
      • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
      • Salt and pepper
      • 1 sliced avocado
      • 1 tbsp honey, raw
      • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
      • 1 tsp yellow mustard
      • Arugula

    How to make it:

    1. Pre-heat oven over to 350 F
    2. Put plantain chips in a food processor. Break until they transform into crumbs.
    3. Make four burger patties.
    4. Put plantain crumbs in a bowl. Dip the patty in the whisked egg white and then in the crumbs. Coat completely. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
    5. Place the bacon fat in heated skillet, then add minced garlic when hot.
    6. Once cooked, add pork burgers. Sear both sides for three to four minutes. Be careful not to burn the crumbs.
    7. Once the burgers are cooked, place them inside the oven. Cook for another eight to ten minutes.
    8. In a bowl, whisk honey and the mustards. Slice avocado.
    9. Top the burgers with honey mustard sauce and avocado.
    10. Serve with arugula. Enjoy
