Hint of Cinnamon Quinoa Cauliflower

  • Yield: 4 Servings


  • You will need a baking sheet
  • 1 Head of Cauliflower
  • 2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 Tbsp Red Quinoa
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt – or to taste


  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Cut cauliflower into 1 inch bite-size pieces. Discard core and leaves.
  • Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl. Coat evenly with olive oil. Toss until each floret is well coated.
  • In a small bowl, mix together quinoa, cinnamon and salt.
  • Sprinkle quinoa mixture over cauliflower florets. Toss to coat evenly.
  • Place florets onto baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes at 400 degrees.
  • Serve immediately.
